FAQ's

Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?

Short answer: no, you do not.

  • The only thing we ask is that either you’re there when we arrive to let our technicians into the home or we have a way in such as a code or key. 

  • If you’re not there when we leave we can turn all the lights off and lock up when we’re done, we’ll also text or call to let you know we’re heading out.

 

When will you arrive?

Typically we are able to arrive at the agreed upon time, but please give us a window of one hour because we try to give every home the attention it deserves.

 

What do you not clean?

  • Hazardous waste or materials such as human waste, medical hazards, and rotten food.

  • The inside of fireplaces.

  • Television and computer screens.

  • Tangled and/or messy electronic device wires.

  • We do not move large furniture or boxes.

  • EMERGENCY CLEANING: We are not qualified to perform emergency cleaning services such as fire, flood, natural disaster, crime scene.

 

What about weekend/after hours cleaning?

We can clean your home after hours or on the weekend (at the technicians discretion) for an extra service fee.  

 

Can technicians accept tips? 

Yes! We encourage tips for our technicians, they work very hard to make our customers smile!

 

How do I pay?

We require payment on the day of the cleaning. We accept cash or checks which most of our customers leave on the kitchen counter.

Before your appointment

Prepare your home

Please have your extra belongings (things you don't use often), toys and laundry put away, this will make it easier for our technicians to thoroughly dust furniture, clean countertops, and vacuum/mop floors. 

Please make sure that any trash that may contain bodily fluids is in the trash receptacle (ex: used diapers or feminine products).

Please let us know if you have any easily damaged items that may need special handling (ex: type of flooring, knick knacks, type of countertops).

As a safety precaution please inform us if you have any aggressive pets. We will ask you to either board them for the day or secure them in another room of the home that we won't be entering.

Here’s a tip:

Before our arrival, you can take advantage of your soon-to-be clean bathroom by throwing any bath mats or rugs in the washer and dryer. That way your whole bathroom will be nice and fresh!
